Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and effective! Taking CoQ10 has greatly reduced the number of headaches I have!!! It took about 2 weeks to start seeing results, but I feel so much better. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from regular headaches. I take a number of vitamins, and it's nice to have one that is tasty and WORKS!
