Jamieson Relax and Sleep Herbal Formula is used for the relief of insomnia and the reduction of nervous tension and anxiety. Formulated using a blend of four gentle herbs — valerian, hops, passion flower and catnip — it promotes restful sleep and reduces anxiety without the risk of becoming habit forming.
Directions: For adults and children over 12 years of age. Take 3 to 4 capsules or as needed before bed. Contents may be dissolved in water as a tea.

Not for my purpose?
I purchased this to help with perimenopausal sleep disruptions hoping the valerian would do the trick. I have tried other herbal remedies but they did not work either. I think if my sleep issues were more stress related and I was overthinking things (which miraculously I am not!) it might work better. I did feel relaxed but come sunrise I was still awake.
