I love the spray Vit B12 very much. It taste great, easy to use. I don't have a headache
as with the B12 in tablets, I know it absorbs better in the liquid form and I feel my head clear not as foggy as before. If you are looking for Vit B12 i would recomend this product.

One of my favourtie Well.ca purchases of this past year!
This is my new 'go to' B12 product that I take with me when I travel. It tastes amazing (raspberry flavoured), is all natural, uses stevia instead of sugar, and has a decent amount of B12 (500 mcg per spray).
