My favourite flour for cakes and pastry
Much easier to digest, and more nutritious, than modern wheat varieties, and has a rich, almost buttery flavour which is excellent in cakes and pies. Other than using spelt occasionally, this is the only wheat flour I use now.

The only flour I use!
I have switched to this completely. Yes, it's slightly more difficult to work with due to the low gluten content.. but honestly, this is what wheat is supposed to be.. not that gmo stuff that you get on the shelf. Nor the hybridizing of modern wheat.
Only thing is that it is expensive. Didn't used to be, hopefully inflation will come down on this

Love this flour!
I’ve been trying to find flour without folic acid, even organic all purpose flours had folic acid and then I came across this. The recipes are great, even my very picky husband says this is the best healthy flour we have tried.
