Excellent product
We always had this in the house growing up, and my parents put it on almost every scrape or sore we got. So glad to have found it on Well.ca. Because you only need a bit, the tin really does take forever to use up, and it still works as well as I remember. I use it all the time, especially in winter for my cracked fingers. I cover my split skin with it, wear my cotton gloves to sleep, and in the morning my cracked, raw fingers finally find relief. My kids reach for it whenever they have a cut or abrasion. The smell is not great - (think industrial machinery grease), but really, who cares as long as it works. Excellent product.

Best stuff
I have dry, cracked heels and this is the only remedy I use! After one day of applying Watkins Petroleum-Carbo - I get relief from crack in the skin on my heel. Thank you J.R. Watkins!

Please bring it back!
Our family has used Watkins Petro-Carbo First Aid Salve for years.
Now, I understand it is no longer available in Canada or USA.
It is the only product that truly works to keep our feet and heals soft and healthy.
I have looked everywhere for it. Any ideas where I can buy it?

We aren't allowed to have cheap, easy, effective medicine I guess.
Watkins is an absolutely amazing treatment for all forms of cuts and abrasions, sores, rashes, skin irritations and dry itchy patches. I'm not surprised it was discontinued since it was so effective, cheap, non-toxic and easily self-administered.
