Recommended Use or Purpose: To support growth of lean muscle tissue and aid recovery.
Recommended Dose: Add 2 scoops (56g) to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 296-355 mL (10-12 oz) of cold water, cold milk, or your favourite beverage and blend, shake, or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved.
