If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Consult a health practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking anticoagulant medications or if you have epilepsy or asthma. If you have chronic lung disease or shortness of breath, do not use this product. Hypersensitivity, rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or for use beyond 7 days. Keep out of reach of children. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.

A good old good old
similar to Vick's Vapo rub but maybe not as strong a scent. Can be used on children as the scent is not overpowering
