Kalaya is my favourite natural product and these joint and muscle relief pills work very effectively to remove any foot/ankle pain I have. Initially I started with 2 pills a day for about 10 days. When I woke up without any pain at all, I now take 1 pill daily. I will continue to use. Thank you Kalaya for a line of products my family and I can trust.

I started using the Joint and Muscle in Sept. I cannot believe the improvement in my mobility. I would recommend this product to anyone who has knee or hip issues. I hope they never stop making it because a lot of people will be disappointed. My review is true.
