Great flavour
I bought this for my partner to replace his steak spice and he absolutely loves it. As I am vegetarian, I tried it mixed into a pasta cream sauce (wonderful) and on tofu before pan frying and I fell in love! Its rich (umami I guess from the mushrooms?), with a touch of heat and pepper. Bravo Kanel, what a wonderful blend!
