Awaken the chicken
Sunday roast mixed with mayonnaise and slathered on a roasting chicken makes a roast chicken extra special and moist.
Mix 1 heaping tsp spice with 1/4 cup mayonnaise let bloom for half hour , poke the chicken all over with a skewer, massage the chicken with the mayo mixture and roast. Yummy
