Good substitute for regular panko breadcrumbs
These breadcrumbs are bigger than the regular panko breadcrumbs and a somewhat different texture, but so, so delighted to have a decent substitute now that one member of our household can suddenly no longer tolerate gluten!

These gluten free bread crumbs are fabulous. I use them to make plant based eggplant parmesan and zucchini. Amazing! They are a staple in my kitchen.
