I Love this pure coconut water. No additives and sweet tasting on its own. An excellent hydrating drink to replenish electrolytes. I use it in my smoothies to keep them light and for a bit of extra sweetness (without added sugar) An excellent alternative to milk/nondairy milk products which can sometimes be too heavy on my stomach. Highly recommended.

This is a great product. I love the fact that it has no added sugar. So many drinks nowadays have added sugar. As we age the doctor tells us to cut back on sugar to avoid type 2 diabetes. Coconut water is one step above water. I find water does not hydrate me but makes me feel bloated. On the Glycemic index coconut water is only a 3. I just wish it was not so expensive. I usually wait until they have a sale.
