Good Ramen, Takes longer to cook than it claims
Nice taste and noodle texture when cooked. Didn't fall apart like a lot of wheat-free pasta does. My one complaint is that the packaging says to cook for 3 minutes, but it actually takes more like 8 to reach an appropriate consistency.
