Was good but from China...
Even though it is certified as organic, it was grown in China. What that means is that the processes were certified organic but they cannot certify that the soil it was grown in and the water used, is organic. There is just too much pollution to be able to do that. I contacted the manufacturer but they refused to tell me in which area it was grown. That says a lot to me...

I love the taste of buckwheat (and the color), but it was a bit strong for my girl, who's habitually love ramen very much.

Tasty but I would prefer something NOT from China until they improve conditions
Delicious and I'd gladly replace my white ramen with this as I digest it much easier and I enjoy the taste. BUT I'm not really comfortable with going out of my way to buy from China and support their slavery. I'm trying to replace what I can and it's crazy hard. I don't need this so I can let it go, and might just look into making my own.

Good in a pinch!
I like that these are portioned out per serving. They're okay - the noodles were thinner than I expected, so I didn't QUITE get that ramen sensation, but tastes good, and was quick and easy.
