A joy!
These little wafers are a joy to eat! You can easily turn them into sandwich cookies by spreading a little jam, peanut butter, nut butter or any spread of your choice between two cookies.

Good wafers
For a gluten free choice, these are good wafers. A light, not too sweet snack. Would also be good in a variety of recipes calling for cookie crumbs.
