Rated 1 out of 5 by from I really wanted to like this product because i am a huge fan of Kristen Ess and I was thrilled when her line came to However, this shampoo & conditioner just did not work for my hair. I have very thin/fine hair that has been colored for years, so it is damaged and dry, and I also have an oily and sensitive scalp (yay). I am very aware that my hair is very hard to please but unfortunately this shampoo & conditioner combo did nothing to help my long list of hair concerns and made it feel more dried out than normal. The aesthetics of the bottle are 10/10 though!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strong scent but leaves hair super soft I've been trying this shampoo for a few weeks now and have noticed that it has made my hair considerably softer. However, even upon first use, I realized that this shampoo cleanses *very* thoroughly, to the point where my hair feels almost stripped as it left a very squeaky clean feel. This may be suitable for those who use a lot of hair products. When it dries, it doesn't feel uncomfortable but I worry that it would make my skin oily over time. It seems like it has because my scalp is noticeably oilier on the second day compared to before using this shampoo. It has a strong coconutty scent, which I enjoy, but I can imagine that those with sensitive skin or are simply sensitive to fragrance may not like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have the most sense sensitive skin and scalp (Eczema) It took forever to find a shampoo that agreed with my scalp. I finally did but then I think it irritated my skin (face). I saw this brand advertised when it launched and decided to try given the description. Happy I did! It has irritated nothing and my hair looks shiny. I don't love the smell or bottle but both are tolerable given there are no issues and it's my new shampoo. It's also 1/3rd the price of my previous brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have very sensitive, allergic skin so I was initially hesitant about the fact that this product isn't fragrance free. It's now been about a month, with use every other day, and I can happily say that I have had absolutely no reactions to this shampoo whatsoever. For reference, I have semi-permanent coloured hair and the fact that the product is sulfate free means that it doesn't strip out colour. My hair is soft and manageable and well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This shampoo is seriously nice! I have a very sensitive scalp (thanks for that, eczema) and this shampoo is like magic - it's calming and only very lightly scented so I don't experience any irritation and can get away using everyday if I need to (especially following those sweaty workouts when you really need to shampoo). The fact that is comes in the prettiest pretty pink bottle doesn't hurt either!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it I was afraid cause when I first read the reviews, I saw a couple review saying that the smell was cheap or too strong. But I actually really liked it and it doesnt smell any stronger than other brands of shampoo. My hair is naturally thin and straight and sometimes shampoo can leave my hair looking and feeling like hay, but this shampoo leaves my hair soft and shiny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good! I was so happy to find this shampoo at The scent is wonderful, not too strong but a very pretty soft coconut pineapple scent. Its concentrated so I only use a dime size amount and my fine colour treated hair feels full and soft after using. One of the better shampoos that I have used. I wish it came in a larger size!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My scalp is all over the place and I tend to use natural hair products but, decided to try this product anyway since I'm having a hard time finding something that works well. This stuff works pretty well, smells nice, and lathers beautifully. My only issue is that my hair doesn't stay clean looking for more than 2 days. Other than that, highly recommend. For reference, the scent isn't overwhelming at all but you can smell it in your hair for days.
