This sauce is pricey, but it is full of delicious ingredients. I oven-baked chicken in it and served with rice - a delicious meal. The one thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star score was a slight overly tartness - I swear it tastes like lemons in the sauce, but they aren't listed as an ingredient. I would buy this again though, possibly to make a chicken marsala.

BEWARE: Ingredients have changed and now includes xanthan gum and other changes
Well.ca's site is incorrect in the ingredient list - what I received was a formulation with xanthan gum, lactic acid and the Himalayan salt was replaced with sea salt - be careful if you are sensitive to these things, beware. Why hasnt well.ca updated their misleading site - dissapointing!
