Directions of Use: Shake well before use. Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating and immediately after towel drying. For use on children less than 6 months of age, consult a health care practitioner.

Waste of money
Would not recommend and will not be repurchasing. Leaves a very distinct and noticeable white cast that will not rub in no matter how hard you try, and I am very pale as it is. Doesn't feel great on the skin, extremely small bottle for the price, overrated product. Not worth the hype, try another sunscreen and don't bother with this one.
