The La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Mains is a repairing barrier cream that soothes, protects and restores the skin barrier for over-worked hands damaged by aggressions at home or at work, thanks to its formula associating niacinamid 4% and glycerin 30%, in an ultra-cosmetic texture letting you get back to work immediately after application.
Redness and roughness are reduced. Hands are nourished, repaired and supple. Skin is better protected against future external aggressors. Tested and approved efficacy for professional use.

Works as promised
Working winter hands resulted in rough knuckles & I wanted something that would make them soft & smooth. This. This did it after only 3 days.
It absorbs quickly but takes a little while before the slick feeling dissipates. After that my hands feel soft, smooth, & almost velvety. The effect is long lasting & reapplication is not required unless my hands get busy with detergent.
The rough knuckles are gone!

I was struggling with my rash (which looks like eczema) because of wearing a disposal mask all day. My skin especially my cheek became so red and itchy, so I started to use have to wear a disposal mask for my work, I started to use this product. After few days of usage, my skin dramatically improved! Since then, I can't live without it.

I have chronic eczema on my hands such that I have a flare-up if I even touch regular soap. I've tried many, many hand creams over the years. This is by far my favourite, and I'm quite happy to have finally found it. I've bought several tubes to stash everywhere, and will be gifting it to my family members with the same condition.
