I'm fussy about my ghee. I usually make my own--using organic/grass-fed butter, and taking it riiiiiight to the edge so the solids go deep gold and it develops that beautiful nutty/toasty flavour but no hint of being burnt. I call this "brave" ghee. Too many commercial ghees are cowardly in flavour; kept well in the safe zone, they just taste bland and oily. I had heard of Lee's ghee--and I confess I was charmed by the packaging--so I decided to give this a try. I was not disappointed. It has a lovely warm toasty flavour. Not the deepest, but still really lovely; it does actually taste like someone watched and stirred attentively to get it to the right point. Haven't tried any of the flavours; I love plain ghee so much that I can't get interested in them. Yes, I would buy this again.
