The exterior looks stunning!
The windows and table layout make the Great Hall's interior look awesome. There should be more food on the table to imitate the banquet scene. Good that they have 3 chairs to accommodate all 3 teachers included.
The idea of including the Basilisk but not the Chamber of Secret is weirdd. If Lego wants to incorporate first 2 movies into one set, they should include Ginny Weasley instead of Susan Bones. Otherwise, the selection of minifigures is good.
I love the idea of combining the new Hogwarts sets as one. However, I would do some interior modification myself to make it a more pleasing set.

One of the greatest lego sets to purchase
This is one of the greatest lego sets. It is a great display piece and is also a great play set. The build is great and is good size. The minifigure selection is also amazing it comes with 10 figures and all of them have great detail to them and are exclusive. Lego made some amazing new molds such as a new mold for the sorting hat, and an entirely new mold for Hagrid. The price is also very affordable for what you get. You get a great looking castle and 10 minifigures for a good price. I cannot find anything I dislike about this set. Everything is just great.

Pretty fun
I don't understand why the Basilisk is black instead of green, first off (I also don't know why these new joint pieces are always in light grey.)
This is a nice set.
The minifigures are very well-designed; I might call them the best part.
Hogwarts is back, and this version is distinctive from past versions, while also being accurate to the films/books.
There's a lot of space to move around the characters in the set, and I really like the brown gate pieces used just outside of the dining hall.

Good, but a few improvements could be made
Over all, the set is pretty good. However there are a few things I would change if I were designing it. The rooms in the tower all seem to be a waste of space to me. Both rooms in the tower kind of just have random magic things in them. LEGO could have made use of this space better by putting iconic rooms from Hogwarts here, which would make it more appealing to both kids and fans. The mirror of erised is also positioned a bit oddly. When you put a minifuigre in front of it, their face is litterly right up against it, which looks really weird. With my set, I moved the mirror of erised to where the other rooms are and got rid of one of the floors, so it would fit. The basalisk included looks a bit strange because it is black instead of green like it is in the movie and its shape is also a bit non-realistic. The next thing I changed with my set is the positioning of the flags, it was a bit odd that they weren't positioned over the house tables, so I moved them over so that they were. I also added the turrets coming off of the roof of the tower to make it look more like the real thing, however I don't think LEGO nessisarily needed to add this, it was just something I did to improve it. I enjoyed doing all these customizations, though and it makes mine unique. I like how you can combine all the different Hogwarts sets to make a larger Hogwarts at a cheaper price and with more features than the big one. The great hall its self looks pretty good and so does the exterior of the set. All the minifigures are pretty good, but the Dumbledore figure does not seem to be quite as good as the ones that have come out more recently. LEGO has seemed to improve how realistic their sets are with all the new waves of sets that have come out now, so I would recomend getting a different Harry Potter set over this one if you could only get one.
