Very Effect Melatonin!
I am 78 years old and unfortunately one of the medications I take depletes melatonin in the body and as I result I have been suffering from insomnia for past 3 months. Out of desperation I have been experimenting with different brands, combinations and dosages of melatonin to find something effective. Last night I used only Life Choice Melapure and nothing else. I had the best night sleep in three months. I just ordered 3 more bottles. Finally!!! All melatonin is not the same. The stuff I bought at the big box store is cheap but useless. Thank you Well for carrying this brand as I will stick with Melapure exclusively.

The only melatonin I use—it's a clean brand
I highly recommend this brand. I use melatonin sparingly when I can't fall asleep. I don't sleep longer, but I do get a sounder sleep, and I can feel the difference.

So far so good
This is my second month on this brand. It doesn’t leave me groggy in the morning, but at times the 3m isn’t strong enough and I need to take two.
