Love these noodles
I must have noodles on my life and these are a delightful alternative to grain based noodles. It’s true they are not the same thing but close enough to satisfy my craving.

Great product
I tried these noodles as a low calorie and low carb alternative, plus low sodium. I rinsed them well and used them in spaghetti and in fried noodles and I absolutely loved them. Just overlook the smell when they are first opened and once they are rinsed they are perfect!

Great substitute for wheat-based noodles
These noodles are an excellent substitute for regular noodles. They are not only gluten-free, but low-carb and low-calorie, as well. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there were actually two smaller packages inside; this will be handy for single servings.

Terrible texture!!
I bought these a couple weeks ago and tried them with my Italian homemade sauce. There’s Apsley no taste to them and they’re chewy and hard and they kind of have a weird taste. I tried to stir fry them thinking maybe I could change the texture but nothing worked nothing I did change the texture of these.

Great low carb alternative!
These noodles are a great alternative if you are cutting back on carbs. They have a nice texture and are filling. Of course, pasta is better, but this is great if you are counting calories as they are only 15 calories per serving. They will become a staple in my cupboard! I only gave 4 stars as they are pricey, so I order when they are on sale.
