I've spent way too much money at Sephora on much pricier eyeliners and always come back to this one. Oily Asian eyelids means I need serious waterproof formulas and this one is right up there. The felt tip ain't the greatest, it's precise when you first open it and by the one-month mark it's gotten more bulbous and less fine-tipped. But the formula is quite waterproof. Other than the tip seeming to flatten out over time, my other main complaint is that it dries out way faster than pricier eyeliners...so although the price point is great, you're buying more of them in a shorter span of time.

I've been using this product since 2004!! It's the only eyeliner I buy. The felt tip makes the liner so easy to apply. LOVE IT! I hope they never stop making it! My only complaint is that the material they use changed and feels a bit cheap compared to the way it used to be. Feels like light plastic whereas before it had a nice weight to it.

I have been using this product for over 10 years. Having tried many other drug store and department store liquid eyeliners I think that this is an excellent eye liner with a very low price point. If I do not rub my eyes, or if my eyes do not become excessively watery (ie. crying, sweating, etc.) this eye liner stays on all day long. Great product! no complaints

Of all the liquid eyeliners I've tried, this is by far the easiest to apply. I find the pen perfectly designed. I have been using this product for 3 or 4 years now, and have absolutely no complaints. Other liquid eyeliners dry out too fast, or smudge when you're wearing it, but having gone through probably three different of these pens through the years, I can say that that's not the case at all with this product.

I agree with MissEyes completely. Its a wonderful liner that lasts through hours in the library and nights on a dance floor. Its very cheap, but my eyelids got puffy after about a year of using it. Also, if you are the type to accidentally touch your eyes, it will come off really easily. If you don't touch your eyes and want a dupe for the Lancome ArtLiner, this is a good choice.
