Super thick and gummy
These noodles are thick, and even after following the cooking directions, the texture was chewy and gummy! The noodles also seemed very salty. Would not recommend

Excellent and perfect smooth texture-even for soup.
Excellent noodles and I love the smooth texture.
Even used in soup I made by breaking them into 1” noodles. Perfect noodle that did not fall apart or go to mush. Will definitely buy again.

I bought several packets of these noodles to have in my pantry. I usually use A Taste of Thai and love those noodles. The Lotus Foods brand noodles were gummy and salty.

I like them
If you want them non aldente or whatever that non mussy texture is firmer then you could perhaps cool it longer it is super good at 10-11 minutes cooling . Soft and tasty
