Excellent gluten free muffins from a Canadian company!
These gluten free muffins are excellent. They aren't gritty or dry at all, and they have no odd aftertaste, like a lot of gluten free options do. They rose really well also. These would 100% pass as a cupcake if you frosted them. As a person who regularly consumes gluten/wheat (but my child can't so I've also tried a lot of gluten free items), I would not know these were gluten free just from tasting them. We made the non-vegan option, so I can only speak for that. Plus they're developed, manufactured, and packaged in Canada. I will definitely purchase this again and check out their other products.

I'm not sure why these are called muffins. They are chocolate cupcakes and makes 10-12. They are delicious!
