In a medium saucepan with lid bring water to a boil. Stir in roasted brown rice couscous; cover with lid. Reduce heat to low; cook 13-15 minutes. Do not lift lid. Remove from heat; steam with lid on for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Salt & pepper to taste.
