Maison Orphee Focaccia Mix

Maison Orphee Focaccia Mix is easy to bake, with super seeds and a source of fibre. 

Directions: 

1. In a stand mixer with dough hook or using a wooden spoon, combine 1 cups (375 ml) of warm water with 7 g of instant yeast. Add the dough mix and knead for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp (15 ml) of Maison Orphee Extra Virgin Olive Oil and knead for another minute. 
2. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or until doubled in size. 
3. 3. Preheat the oven to 425 F (220 аC). Grease and line a 9 x 13 in. (23 x 33 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over two sides. 
4. Spread the dough to cover the entire pan. Generously drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Cover and let rise another 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Use wet fingertips to poke dimples all over the surface. Sprinkle with fleur de sel. 
5. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. 
6. Let cool, and enjoy!
