I'm used to the conventional yellow mustard and the healthiest I've tried is the Trader Joe's. This one tastes very, very different from the ones I've tried. I don't know if it's because the ingredients are healthier or what, but this tastes more bitter with a rather sour after-taste. Not really my liking but I will just tell myself it's healthier ......... miss my TJ brand dijon mustard.

I've really enjoyed this mustard, as it has a nice kick to it. I really like the glass jar, as I'm trying to avoid a much plastic as possible. Will definitely buy again.
