Sorry… I was SO hopeful.
Tried as my morning fibre drink and tried added to my spaghetti sauce. It was a bust both times. I don’t know how I managed to get the drink down but I really wanted this to be a win. Nope! đŁ Awful taste even with other yummy tasting additions. It was a grin & bear it. Realization: not for drinks. Dinner, maybe this is to be added to food? Spaghetti has a high sugar spike so it would be wonderful to have this combo in my yummy sauce.đ Turned it kinda gray. I just could not finish one of my favourite dinners. 𤢠Ok, cannot be added to foods either.
I’m going to look at their website to see if I can find a use for this big bag of disappointment I ordered. đ˘
Not for the faint of heart! Only order if some of the other reviews trigger something of interest to you.
Sorry… we really do need something that combines both high protein with high fibre for insulin resistant people.
