One of my necessary products.
I have these every morning on my cereal. I start with blueberries, add Kefir, then the hemp hearts and a high fibre cereal. The benefits of the hemp hearts are the amount of protein and the two omegas that I appreciate. An added benefit, for me, is that they also provide a shield between the liquid and the dry cereal because I cannot eat soggy cereal.
