Do you want to add more fibre to your diet? Looking for a baking substitute for flour? Hemp Pro Fiber Powder has you covered! This organic protein powder is an excellent substitute for a bran bar (for example) as it has three times the amount of fiber in one serving. Plus, it has 11 grams of protein per serving! Blend it into smoothies or juices, or add to hot cereal or baking.
Manitoba Harvest Certified Organic Hemp Protein & Fiber Powder is a raw whole food, made with minimal ingredients, and of course, includes your omegas. It makes a great substitute for flour in such things as bread, muffins or even cookies. You may substitute ¼ cup of Hemp Pro Fibre for every 1 cup of flour, as it is quite dense and comparative to spelt flour.

I've repurchased this product at least 4 times. I trust the company and the quality. As Stacia said, it's grainy and it does have a distinct 'hemp' flavour but I like that it's filled with protein and a high amount of fibre and other valuable nutrients. And it's a Canadian product - thank you.

Great protein for the price. I hate how most protein shake taste on the market, either too sweet, too fake, too much aspartame or stevia ( I hate the taste of stevia ). So this is perfect for me, taste mildly like hemp seeds, which i like. I find it needs to be blended with something thicker, like a banada, avocado or peanut butter so it blends smoothly, if you just put it in almond milk or juice, the texture will be griddy and it will all fall to the bottom. Other then that its perfect.

My favourite breakfast consists of a smoothie made with Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Pro Fibre, a small banana, and almond or coconut milk. Yeah, my smoothie is dark green and a bit on the gritty side but I don't drink it because it's "healthy." I find the taste nutty and delicious and it keeps me satisfied until lunch. Okay, the protein content is not as high as animal-based protein powders but that's okay because hemp is complete protein that's easy to digest and with the added fibre, half my daily requirement for fibre is met in one delicious smoothie. You can't beat that!

This product is very healthy and it`s barely processed. I add it to my smoothies and it adds a nice nutty flavour.
When I initially bought it, I didn`t read the label carefully, and bought it thinking it`s a protein powder. Infact, it`s a protein powder with added fiber, so the protein content of it is not as high as other hemp protein powders. In general, hemp does not offer the same concentration of protein than other vegan protein powders, but I thought I would try it for a change.
Overall, I won't be buying this same product again. I may try to explore other sources of vegan protein, such as pumpkin, which tastes great and comes with a higher concentration of amynoacids.

I had high hopes for this product with protein and fibre, however, my family is not a big fan. I've tried it in smoothies and baking, but they seem to know it's in whatever I make. The colour and texture is not great, but it is a great product for those of us who do things for "health sake". I still want to try this brand's protein powder minus the fibre. I love that it is all natural and harvested in Canada.
