Creamy shea butter is whipped into this hydrating mask blend along with rich coconut and macadamia oils help deeply quench, nourish, and soften strands to get your hair back to looking healthy. If your hair is feeling extra dry, use as a leave in treatment on wet hair to deeply condition strands.
Maui Moisture products start with a unique blend of aloe vera juice and is infused with pure coconut water, unlike some other shampoos that start with deionized water as their first ingredient listed. The results? Moisturized strands, mended split-ends, and a healthy glow with every use.
To use: As a deep treatment in shower, apply a small amount into palm and evenly distribute into damp hair from root to ends after shampooing. For optimum results, allow the steam from the shower to penetrate each strand. Leave in for 5 minutes then rinse. After the shower, use as a leave-in treatment by applying a small amount to damp hair. Then, comb or use fingers to detangle. Style as usual. Warning: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse immediately. For best results use in conjunction with other Maui Moisture products. As good as I look and smell, please do not eat me!

Moisturizing Mask
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was thrilled to be able to try the Maui Moisture Revive & Hydrate + Shea Butter hair mask. I have been using it once a week by letting it get absorbed into my hair for about five minutes before rinsing out. The formula is thin without being watery and thick without being too gloopy, which I appreciate. The scent of the coconut and macadamia comes through well and smells amazing. I love that this product line is made without any parabens, dyes or sulfates, and uses aloe as its first ingredient. It left my thin hair feeling and looking hydrated and shiny. I would recommend this for all hair types.

Great hair mask!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have thick, relatively coarser hair which tends to get a little bit frizzy and benefit from a thick hair mask from time to time. This hair mask smells great, and it's so simple - wash your hair, apply the mask (i don't apply too close to my scalp as it tends to get oily), leave on for 5 mins and rinse. My hair felt soft and healthy after blow drying.
The ingredients of this hair mask are super hydrating. They have aloe, coconot oil, shea butter, macadamia seed oil, and more. Great for the drier winter months or even those times when I do too much heat styling.

Great for curly hair
I have curly hair that was badly damaged...very dry. I use this as a deep conditioning mask once a week. After a good cleansing wash,with very wet hair I put on a big dollap on the hair and detangle. I wrap my head in plastic wrap.....shower cap ok, then leave for 20 minutes. U can use heat from hairdryer to really penetrate the hair shafts. 20 min is all u need to deep condition. Then rinse out and apply an oil like jojoba oil to seal in moisture. Let air dry and u will have beautiful soft curly hair. Do this once a week. This tub of shea moisture only lasts me a month but it is a good price which is great.

Mask instead of conditioner

To be honest, I am not very sire of the different effects between the conditioner and the mask but it's definitely a great product for your hair and if you are missing the conditioner you can totally ise the mask! The ingredients are so good for the hair that the hair looks nice and smooth, and you can see your curls stand out! There is a sweet smell on it which I enjoyed but a person with a sensible nose might have a different reaction.
The only thing I would improve is trying to get an even more sustainable packaging!

Hydrated, Bouncy, Frizz-free Curls

The hair mask has a whipped, creamy consistency with the same delicious pina colada scent as the rest of the products in the line. The physical feel of the product is hydrating, and it glides through my hair seamlessly. After using the shea butter hair mask, my hair feels silky, hydrated, and bouncy. I also noticed less frizz to my curls after using this hair mask, I would definitely buy this hair mask.

The best hair mask I have ever used.

I have very damaged hair because of highlights and chemical treatments. This mask was a saviour for me; it leaves my hair soft and shiny and smells delicious.
Their ingredients are all incredible natural moisturizers: aloe vera, coconut water, shea butter and macadamia oil.
I use it once a week and overnight because the results are even better this way. I recommend it significantly if you have damaged and dry hair.

Worst product that I've ever put in my hair
I have tried out quite a few deep conditioning products, and this one is by far the worst. For context, I have very think wavy/Curly hair that needs lots of conditioner. I used this and left it on my hair in a shower cap for 20 minutes and then rinsed. My hair was tangled beyond belief and felt rough - like it wasn't conditioned at all! This product smells wonderful, but you may as well just spray perfume on your hair. Please, please, please look into a different product (my personal favorite is creme of nature hair mask).

Wonderful hair mask
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got to try the Maui Moisture Hair Care line. The line is called Revive & Hydrate + Shea Butter and is made for damaged hair. The hair mask is a deep conditioning treatment used after shampooing instead of the regular conditioner. Upon opening the jar you get a whiff of an amazing tropical aroma that stays and lingers long after rinsing off the product. The product is easy to apply and you can apply as little or as much as you like. I concentrate putting it on my ends which are my trouble spots. After use my hair is left feeling super soft. This product is made with 100% aloe and aloe is also the first ingredient listed (aloe barbadensis leaf juice). If you are looking for a hair mask I recommend this one.
