Creamy shea butter is whipped into this hydrating shampoo blend along with rich coconut and macadamia oils help deeply quench, nourish, and soften strands to get your hair back to looking healthy.
Maui Moisture products start with a unique blend of aloe vera juice and is infused with pure coconut water, unlike some other shampoos that start with deionized water as their first ingredient listed. The results? Moisturized strands, mended split-ends, and a healthy glow with every use.
To use: Apply shampoo generously to wet hair, massage into a lather through to ends, then rinse the hair thoroughly. After shampooing, follow with conditioner. Warning: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse immediately. For best results use in conjunction with other Maui Moisture products. As good as I look and smell, please do not drink me!

Clean as Hydrated Curls

This review is incentivized, I received the Maui Moisture Heal & Hydrate + Shea Butter Shampoo for free from @MauiMoisture and @Influenster in exchange for an honest review. The consistency of the shampoo is quite thick and creamy, with a medium lather. It has a delicious pina colada scent, that got me several compliments. After using the shampoo my hair felt squeaky clean, I personally prefer to use it twice a week to prevent the stripping of oils from my hair. The only con is the packaging the bottle is a little hard to squeeze.

Good Scent
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I finally got a chance to use this product - I really loved the scent, I’m not sure if I was sent the right product.
I read on their website that this specific line “Heal & Hydrate + Shea Butter” is very curly and damaged hair.
I really like the fact this brand advertising that they use no silicone and parabens but something in the shampoo made me break out, I still finished it.
I have fine, uncoloured, wavy hair - so I felt like it didn’t really do much for me. I have purchased their Hibiscus line since receiving this and felt it did the same - nothing.

Moisturizing Shampoo
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was my first time trying a Maui product, and I'm pretty hooked. The shampoo has a lovely scent of coconut and floral, but it doesn't linger overly after washing. As with most shampoos made with more natural ingredients, it takes a bit of effort to get the formula into a lather. I end up using a bit more product than I would from a less natural brand to get the same lather effect, but the results are worth it. This leaves my hair feeling soft and hydrated whether I style it curly or straight. I would recommend this and will be purchasing it again.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was happy to receive the Maui moisture heal & hydrate + she's butter shampoo. I can start by saying it smells amazing!!! It worked very well on my thick, coarse, long hair. The only thing I noticed for myself is that I had to add more shampoo to really get everywhere. This shampoo was very easy to rinse out. It did not leave my hair feeling like straw but left me with very soft and shiny hair! I would definitely recommend this product to someone with a lot of hair, curly hair, and a sensitive scalp. I'm looking forward to using this product again

Maui Moisture Shampoo
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had the opportunity to use the Maui Moisture Shampoo. This is part of the Revive and Hydrate plus shea butter line and is specifically for damaged hair. This product contains shea butter, coconut oil, macadamia oil and is sulfate free. I use this shampoo about 3 to 4 times a week everytime I wash my hair. The scent is a mix of coconut and shea butter. My hair does not feel dry after use, it actually feels really moisturized and silky. I recommend this Shampoo for anyone woth dry or damaged hair or looking for a shampoo to use in the winter.

kinda ruined my hair lol
i got this because i saw it on tiktok and it smelled good so i was like it can’t be that bad if everyone uses it and about a week after using it i got all these scabs on my scalp(plus a lot of dandruff) and it also made my head really itchy. i looked up some of the ingredients and there’s one ingredient that’s also used as a wood coating so do what you will with that.

I especially like this shampoo because I don’t wash my hair everyday, so when I do wash my hair I do it twice.ďżź The first application it didn’t get real foamy which is great because I know it doesn’t have all the things it says it doesn’t (parabens etc) and then the second time it’s a bit but not over the top. It makes my hair feel clean and hydrated. I don’t have a ton of dry fly always after using it like I have with other shampoo. I have bleached highlighted hair so I love a hydrating shampoo instead of a moisturizing shampoo since my hair doesn’t go as greasy as fast. I would definitely recommend to someone who has dry hair especially in the winter with heat being on more

Greasy Hair, Itchy Scalp!
One use and hair feels greasy! Scalp is super itchy!! It needed to be washed the very next day by a different product. I have curly hair and am use to going days between washes and my hair has never felt this unclean. Nor has my scalp ever been this sore or itchy. What a waste of money! If you have curly or wavy hair it makes hair greasy and prevents the curly from clumping. Not Recommended!!
