I tried shaking it because I thought the tip might not be fully saturated with product yet, but it was still very watery and barely showed up. I’ll have to keep looking for better brown eyeliner options.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product This week, I bought the EYESTUDIO® HYPER EASY NO SLIP PENCIL EYELINER MAKEUP and Master Precise® ALL DAY LIQUID EYELINER MAKEUP eyeliner, and both are horrible! Instead of being easy to apply, they are super difficult because both products are super dry, and I have to go over the same area several times, which makes my makeup look horrible. I regret buying these two Maybelline products because I thought that because they were from a good brand, they would help me with my graduation makeup, and I wasted money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for precision application It applies very solid black, which I love. It is also, so far, the easiest eyeliner to apply that I have tried. It makes it very easy to draw thin, straight lines across my lid. I have yet to find a liquid liner I like more. It does run very easily when my eyes water, and as soon as it gets even close to being low it doesn't go on as well, but it's workable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Brutal!! Dont Waste Your money I bought this in hope that it would be great product like the eyeliner I use to get from this company but it is awful. The tip is hard doesnt flex very well so it makes making a line hard to do. The formula doesnt glide on nicely either to help with the hardness of the tip so all in all I wouldnt waste your money like I have done

The best one which I had found and bought 3 if them when they were discontinuing was the Line Stiletto liquid eyeliner. Thought this new one would be as good but it definitely isn't and it is so hard to find anything in brown/black as everything has gone to just black.

I've used this liner regularly, but with the new packaging it's a new formula that is diluted, it's like using watercolour paint. The shade is lighter and needs many layers, but still not as dark as it was. Gave up and got a Rimmel liner instead.

LOVE the precision and the true-to-promise dramatic colour: one swipe was all I needed to create a line without having to go over it several times to make it opaque. I yawned, though, and I looked like a panda. I didn't even rub at my eyes! Waterproof version needed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's not water proof nor smudge proof I bought this eyeliner because it said it's water and smudge proof on the website but it got removed so easily by water and when I yawned it gets smudged like a panda. Easy to apply and and nice pen but if a eyeliner gets erased and smudged easily it's worthless.
