Rated 1 out of 5 by from Transparent Glitter If you're looking for a solid gold metallic liner, this isn't it. The formula itself is liquid clear, with tiny bits of gold sparkle in it. Very disappointed to open this, expecting the opaque color of the product lid and getting barely-there glitter. In saying that, if I was looking for sparkle eyeliner, I guess this would work (still seemed a bit blah for maybelline).

I bought the dark grey version and it was totally opaque when I applied it, not watery at all. Glitter was subtle, not chunky. I found it lasted quite well. I liked it enough I will probably try another colour. Hopefully, it was not a fluke that I got a good quality one the first time!
