Metamucil Orange Smooth Sugar supplement is an easy way to get the plant-based fibre you need to relieve irregularity and promote your digestive health.
Directions:
- For
relief of irregulairty: Adults and children over 12: 1 serving up to 3
time daily. Children (6-12 eyars): 1/2 the adult serving up to 3 times
daily. Generally take effect in 12-72 hours.
- To help lower
cholesterol levels to promote heart health: Adults only: 1 serving 3
times daily. For best results in lowering cholesterol take Metamucil
with a meal.
- To help temporarily suppress appetite when
take prior to meal: Adults only: 2 servings prior to a meal up to 3
times daily. For occasional use only.
Caution: Keep
out of reach of children. May cause an allergic reaction in people
