Custardy and convenient
I’ve been using both the soft and firm silken varieties for eons and love them. So convenient to have on hand at any time. The soft is perfect for Korean jigae dishes and just to warm up, season with shoyu, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and scallions and eat over rice for a quick meal.
