IronVital F ® helps fulfill your daily requirement for iron and contains iron in bivalent
form. The combination of vitamin C in IronVital F ® helps the iron to be absorbed readily by the human body, while the B vitamins enhance the effects of the iron.
Directions: Shake well before use. The total daily dose can be taken at one time or divided in half and taken twice spread throughout the day. Use the calibrated measuring spoon as provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Discard any remaining product 4 weeks after opening.
Recommended daily dose:
Note: 10 ml of IronVital F ® = 10 mg of iron.

- Adults: Take 10 - 35 ml, once daily.*
- 9 - 13 years old: Take 10 ml, once daily.*
- 14 - 18 years old: Take 10 - 30 ml, once daily.*
