This cake is so rich and decadent, you can serve it to anyone and guarantee they'll be asking for more (wheat-eaters included!). Top with fresh whipped cream and fruit for an especially superb treat. Each box can make two cakes. This mix is free from the top allergens (such as, wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sulfites, sesame, caseine, fish, crustaceans and shellfish).

Delicious Chocolate Cake
This is a moist delicious chocolate cake. This is a family favourite and a perfect dessert for special occasions. I make a chocolate mousse for the filling and outside of the cake and then drizzle chocolate ganache on it and smooth the top and sometimes add chocolate shavings to the top. YUMMY!

So happy to find this!
I am so happy I found Namaste Foods! In addition to gluten I am allergic to potato, corn and soy, so it is really hard for me to find gluten free baking. I love that most of their baking products don't have these ingredients - can't wait to try the rest!
