Just add shredded carrot, currants or raisins and nuts if you like for a fabulous carrot cake variation. Free from the top allergens (such as, wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sulfites, sesame, caseine, fish, crustaceans and shellfish).

Amazing! My son is young (just turned six) and was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. Carrot cake is his favorite, and so I thought I would try this. He, and the rest of his family, all love it! There are eight of us, including several picky eaters. Every time I'm planning to make go cake, this is the kind my son asks for. I love the variations, and will be doing mini muffin sized batches for snacks.
Not just the flavor, but the brand is great. We have tried a few cake mixes, and this was the only one we weren't disappointed with.

Our Family Favourite
This is a delicious cake. The spices hit you as soon as you take it out of the box. So matter the season it is always a favourite at our home. I make two cakes from this package and the measurements on the box are not correct. The box is 26 oz. They instruct you to use 2 1/2 c. for one cake which is 20 oz. It should be 1 2/3 cup which is 13 oz. When you change the amounts you will have two moist delicious cakes.

I made the carrot cake version of this mix and iced with cream cheese icing for my daughter's birthday. It was delicious! Easy to prepare,too! Both my daughter and niece have to eat gluten - free but everyone at the party enjoyed this cake. I now plan to make cupcakes with it so my daughter can freeze them and enjoy a treat once in awhile. I have never been disappointed with a Namaste product - thanks!

Just made the apple spice version of this for christmas, and it was amazing! Friends who didnt know it was allergy safe commented how good it was, and then I told them! My son has multiple severe allergies and cross contamination is a huge issue-namaste is one of the only companies I can confidently use, and their products happen to be incredible! Also have a great website with recipes!

An immediate favourite! Will try different options to ramp up the taste; ie. raisins, pineapple, walnuts, carrots and know it will be even better than it is plain. A great moist cake with a wonderful aroma that tastes as good as it looks. Will buy again and again. Can't wait to try some of the other varieties that Namaste Foods offers.

Namaste has done it again. I love their products, and this one is becoming a favorite! you do get 2 cakes per package: wow!
'My new incredible hassle-free carrot cake (well, I still have to grate the carrots...!). highly recommended, forget mentioning to guests it's gluten-free ;-)
