Magnesium spray is diluted from Magnesium Liquid for easier application. Use after a workout, before bed, or to alleviate sore aching muscles. Because it's antimicrobial, it can also be used a natural, aluminum-free deodorant.
- Use up to 40 sprays per day on areas of tension and on the face, as a toner
- Rinse after a few minutes, if desired.
Caution: Those with sensitive skin may wish to further dilute the product with pure water or a skin-friendly oil. For external use only. Avoid direct application to mucous membranes. Keep out of the eyes. If you have a health condition of are pregnant, consult your practitioner before supplementing with magnesium.

LOVE THIS SPRAY
A friend recommended that I try magnesium spray for relaxation before bed. It definitely works for that (without that groggy, can't-keep-your-eyes-open feeling), but I also found that spraying it on my neck/shoulders and knees after working out really alleviated any kind of stiffness that I usually feel post-exercise. Great - I've now recommended it myself to others!

So impressed with how well this has worked to calm my twitchy/achy night legs. Have tried a cream and a stick before from another brand which had zero impact for me. Also take Mag. Gummies daily. ONLY Critique is why not make the container 100ml or less so it can come on the plane for use there !

Best topical magnesium
We use this as a natural deodorant and also for calming tight muscles after a long day. I often use it on my calves to prevent restless legs at night.
