Works great. Tastes bad
Natural calm mag is a great product but I cant stand any of the flavoured versions. I was hoping this would be flavorless but it's def not, its Salty/sour. I will continue using it as the benefits out way the bad flavour, maybe ill try it in juice

I have been using magnesium calm for a few years. It helps me to sleep better throughout the night. I have tried the flavoured but like the natural as I can add lemon or ginger juice. I also find taking it an hour before bed relaxes me.

So far so good
So far one tsp of this stuff has kept me very very regular....as for the helping me sleep, I'm not sure yet as I have only used it for 2 weeks and I have 2 kids under 2 who do not sleep so that will be something I will find out later if it does what it claims. Otherwise I'm super happy with the product I drink it at night in my soda water from my soda stream!

I purchased this product to help with regulation issues, did not do the job. Never noticed any difference in calming anxiety as it claims.
