A European herb, Fenugreek has been used for centuries as a cooking spice, and in folk medicine for almost as long. It helps maintain a healthy blood glucose levels, and is also traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to stimulate milk flow in women, making it beneficial for new nursing mothers.
