They are huge!!!
I can’t swallow them. I don’t know what else to say to my review I’ll keep trying to swallow them I really want to take them I just wish they would have been smaller

One month later
I am able to swallow them and i think its making a difference for my skin and hair .
My face has never looked better and my rosacea is going away. Is it the vitamins? Maybe.
