So far this product has worked wonderfully for me. My bottle does not smell fishy, it smells really fruity I have been using it since I found out I was pregnant and it never makes nauseous whether I take it with or without food. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is pregnant. ALSO I found that this brand in particular has the highest amount of vitamins and mineral compared to the most expensive prenatal vitamins at my local Shoppers Drug Mart & Rexall.

These vitamins made me horribly sick. I tried taking them at night before bed with the hopes that I'd be asleep before the sick feeling crept up. Sadly it didn't help. It was almost like I could feel the, dissolving and the feeling like I was going to throw up was almost instant. I had to throw these ones out. I don't recommend these.

I've been taking this prenatal for about 6 months now and never experienced the "fishy" odour... occasionally I get an upset stomach after I take it, but it's probably when I haven't eaten enough food with it. If taken with a meal I don't have any issues. This is a great prenatal multi for the price!

Very strong odor upon opening the bottle. Did not go well with my nausea. I do not recommend this vitamin for anyone experiencing nausea with their pregnancy. I had to stop taking it and switch to Materna. It also doesn't have the recommended dose of 1 mg of Folic acid.
