Nature's Way Black Seed Oil

Nature’s Way Organic Black Seed Oil is made from premium Nigella sativa (black cumin) seeds. Each teaspoon provides 4.5 g of pure, organic black seed oil, carefully cold-pressed and unrefined to preserve its natural nutrients, potency, and rich flavour with no fillers, additives, or hexane. The oil is standardized to 0.5–2.0% thymoquinone to ensure consistent quality and effectiveness. This nutrient-rich oil helps support healthy glucose metabolism and blood sugar levels, helps support cardiovascular health, normal LDL cholesterol, and normal blood triglyceride levels, and helps support liver function. It is also a source of antioxidants that help protect cells against free radicals and a source of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. Recommended Dosage: Shake well before each use. Adults, take 1 tsp (5 mL) per day. Take with food (to avoid digestive upset). Caution: Ask a health care practitioner before use if you have a known immune disorder, hypertension, or if you have diabetes or are taking blood pressure medication, as this product may cause a drop in blood glucose or lower blood pressure. Contraindications: Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use and ask a health care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal upset. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
