Nature's Way Calcium & Magnesium is formulated in a 2:1 Calcium / Magnesium ratio in a great tasting orange formula. This liquid form is a convenient alternative to tablets or capsules.
Recommended Use: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.
Directions: Shake vigorously before each use. Contains ingredients that settle. Adults take 1 tablespoon (15mL) once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Warning: Ask a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or if you are taking blood thinners. Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances. Do not use if the inner seal is not intact. Keep out of the reach of children. May be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for added freshness. Store in original container protected from light. No artificial colours or flavours.

Great product! My favourite flavour
I have bought a few of these Calcium and Magnesium with K2 and I did not mind any of them. But the orange was by far the best and easiest to take. I keep them in the fridge for easier access and drinkability. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Great Taste!
tastes like an orange creamsicle. this version has K2 which activates a protein (matrix GLA) which removes calcium from soft tissue (where you don't want the calcium to be) and activates something else called osteocalcin, which holds calcium to bone
