Nature's Way Calcium & Magnesium is formulated in 2:1 Calcium / Magnesium ratio in a great tasting blueberry formula. This liquid form is a convenient alternative to tablets or capsules.
Recommended Use: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.
Directions: Shake vigorously before each use. Contains ingredients that settle. Adults take 1 tablespoon (15mL) once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Warning: Ask a health care practioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience gastrointenstinal discomfort/disturbances.
Do not use if inner seal is not intact. Keep out of the reach of children. May be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for added freshness. Store in original container, protected from light. No artificial colours or flavours.

Not gritty. It is smooth, sweet and tart. Hint of blueberry flavour. Great way to get my calcium in. Will buy again for sure.

Great for restless legs, and leg cramps!
This product has done the trick for both myself and my husband. I have restless leg syndrome, and I need this daily. It was given to me by a friend first, and now I buy and use regularly. My husband would get leg cramps from excessive exercise, and taking this is a reminder to drink more water, and it stops the leg cramps. Now I need a tablet form as I am travelling soon, so will find a comparable.
