Nature's Way Horse Chestnut extract is standardized to 20% aescin. Aescin is a saponin which is clinically shown to support healthy circulation, especially to the veins of the lower extremities.
Directions: Adults: Take one capsule two times daily with water at mealtimes.
Warning: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have bleeding disorders, take blood-thinning medications, or if symptoms persist.
Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or if you have allergies to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Its good
Hi the product is good its 2 weeks I am using it, but I see a little difference on my legs with my viens showing, I hope it works, thank you

Restless legs
Seems to be helping me with my restless legs at night. I also take Magnesium Bisglycinate, B1 and Ashwaganda before bed. I sleep much better now.
